- Updated static routing so clean directory URLs serve the matching Skeil legal page.
- Bumped frontend asset query strings to `20260601-footer-legal`.

## 2026-06-01 - VPS Deploy

- Fully rebuilt the standalone wireframe into a cool technical business workspace: login, persistent business status strip, ranked priority queue, selected-object inspection, before/after decision preview, active object tray, command dock, and advisor moment.
- Standardized the standalone wireframe rules around 3 font families, 5 font-size tokens, 4px/8px spacing increments, 3 line-height tokens, zero letter spacing, root color tokens, selective glass, gradients, and dark translucent diagnostic surfaces.
- Changed the standalone wireframe type scale from pixel font-size tokens to relative `em` tokens aligned to 4px/8px increments: 12, 14, 16, 24, and 40px equivalents.
- Added a muted orange attention state for pending/processing cues while keeping sky blue for primary action, soft-gold for review, olive for stable, and red for risk.
- Removed the standalone wireframe's circular brand mark from login and dashboard status surfaces for a cleaner, less ornamental technical direction.
- Reworked the standalone login/dashboard wireframe toward a mature business operating experience: dashboard priorities now lead the workspace, recommended actions include expected impact, and a decision preview shows cash/runway cause-and-effect without playful labels.
- Replaced the dashboard's generic metric-card layout with a business state strip, signal cards that separate cause/impact/action, scenario controls, and an active business object tray.
- Shifted the standalone wireframe visual system away from retro OS styling toward Warm Precision UI: off-white modern surfaces, thin borders, soft elevation, compact technical labels, minimal panel headers, and restrained warm signal colors.
- Replaced the standalone wireframe display font with `IBM Plex Sans Condensed` and refined the color tokens toward cool modern neutrals with restrained sky-blue, olive, soft-gold, and warm red signals.
- Adjusted the wireframe toward a cool modern technical base while keeping warmth in supportive business language, owner-centered recommendations, and restrained warm semantic accents.
- Swapped the primary/action accent from honey to a restrained sky-blue palette inspired by the WC Connector blue treatment, while keeping olive/soft-gold/red for business state signals.
- Replaced the old warning accents with a softer gold review color and added restrained modern layers: subtle gradients, shell-level glass, sky focus glow, signal accent rails, and fine calibration grids in decision controls.
- Added GT modern race-screen reference takeaways to the design/product docs: persistent business status strip, selective dark translucent diagnostics, ranked priority rows, selected-object specs, and a compact command dock.
- Added object-inspection reference takeaways: focused preview/spec modals, before/after decision views, calm consequence notes, and short advisor-style guidance tied to measurable business impact.
- Tightened the standalone login wireframe so the first impression feels less like a large hero page and more like a compact, professional workspace entry.
- Updated product/design notes to keep the mature tactile direction implicit through professional finance language, diagnostic states, and operating feedback instead of explicit hobby analogies.
- Improved text/icon contrast by darkening the muted text token and separating semantic text colors from decorative gold/green tokens.
- Adjusted the login screen structure so the Skeil brand side acts as a free editorial/identity area while the auth form remains the tactile window object, following the Amor Fati-style separation of brand stage and auth form.
- Fixed login UI cascade issues where broad `.auth-brand` selectors affected nested status rows, causing oversized status text and weaker visual hierarchy; tightened the login layout for a cleaner two-panel composition.
- Centralized the tactile UI colors, opacity values, shadows, clamped type size, and custom font sizing in `styles.css` under `:root` tokens so component rules no longer carry direct hardcoded values.
- Applied the earlier warm tactile app direction from the standalone wireframe to the real local app shell: login, sidebar, dashboard tabs, metric cards, cash flow lanes, business card, task rows, transaction rows, buttons, and panel title bars.
- Added standalone product documentation for PRD, product notes, design references, design system, roadmap, architecture, operations, and release notes.
- Added the latest wireframe direction as documented product memory: professional finance terminology with a warm tactile interface layer.
